bathroom, kitchen either completion or under

Cheque/Demand Draft to
be drawn in favour of “Hotel & Restaurant
Association of Orissa”, Bhubaneswar.

Filled in application must be proposed & seconded by
any HRAO member. |

5. |
Please keep a photo copy of this application with
you, for your reference. |

6. |
Please collect Membership Card / Membership
Certificate after approval of your Membership or
Expiry of your Membership. The card will be issued
on payment of annual fees as per the bill issued to
you. |

7. |
Please attend all meetings to say and share your
problems and the problems of fellow member. |

8. |
Please print in your
tariff card or letter pad “Member of Hotel &
Restaurant Association of Orissa” with your
Membership number.

Please display the
Membership Certificate of HRAO at your reception
counter. |

10. |
Please honour the
Membership discount card issued to HRAO Members i.e.
30% discount on Food, Accommodation & Beverage
(excluding liquor). |

Members are requested
to present Discount cards before placing the order
in restaurants or inform in advance for booking a
